Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups cherry pie filling
- 1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Mix together first five ingredients in large bowl.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until evenly mixed.
- Pour into 9x5x3 pan.
- Cover tightly and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Unmold onto serving dish.
