Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugars in a stand mixer with paddle attachment.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
- Mix in the chocolate chips, pecan, and coconut.
- Drop cookies onto pans.
- Bake until bottoms of cookies turn golden brown (about 12-15 minutes).
- Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then move cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
