Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons gelatine
- 1/2 cup cold water
- pinch salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Method
- Line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper.
- Soak gelatine in 1/2 cup cold water with pinch of salt.
- In a saucepan, boil 1 cup water.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Pour gelatine into boiling sugar water and dissolve.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl.
- Beat until stiff.
- Pour mixture into pan.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares.
