Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 ounces raw bacon
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon blak pepper
Method
- Finely chop garlic and bacon together in a food processor.
- Mix garlic and bacon, onion, salt, and pepper into ground turkey by hand.
- Form into 8 patties.
- Grill until cooked through (about 8 to 10 minutes).
- Serve on toasted buns with desired toppings.
