Ingredients
- 1/2 white onion finely diced
- 1/2 head garlic minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large ripe avocados
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except avocado in a bowl.
- Add avocado to mixture.
- Mash avocado into mixture until a roughly uniform sauce forms.
- Smooth out the top of the guacamole and cover with a thin layer of lime juice until ready to serve.
- Cover and let sit in fridge for a few hours before serving.
