Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup ground cornflakes
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Mix eggs together with spices.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture.
- Roll chicken in cornflakes and place on baking sheet.
- Bake until chicken is 165' (about 45-50 minutes).
