Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup seeded raisins, chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut cranberries in half and add raisins.
- Mix together sugar and flour, and stir into fruit.
- Pour on boiling water.
- Mix in vanilla and salt.
- Put filling in a double pie crust.
- Bake until crust slips in bottom of pan (about 25 minutes).
