Ingredients
- 3 cups beet juice
- 1 package Certo crystals
- 1 package grape Jell-o
- 3 cups white sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Strain beet juice.
- Add lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add Certo and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add Jell-o and stir well.
- Remove from heat and bottle.
