Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork side ribs
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Method
- Put ribs on a baking sheet and brown in the oven under the broiler.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Put browned ribs in a roasting pan.
- Cover ribs with sauce.
- Cover and bake for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes or so.
- Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
- Remove from oven and serve.
