Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 pound button mushrooms sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add all other ingredients and cook until mushrooms browned (about 5 minutes).
- Reduce heat and simmer until mushrooms tender (about 5 more minutes).
