Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons cold espresso
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- shredded unsweetened coconut
Method
- Blend together all ingredients except coconut.
- Roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls.
- Roll balls in coconut.
- Refrigerate.
