Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
 - 1/2 cup icing sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
 - Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla.
 - Add flour and salt, mix together.
 - Stir in walnuts.
 - Chill dough.
 - Form dough into 1 tablespoon sized balls.
 - Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Bake 8-10 minutes until set but not brown.
 - While still mostly warm, roll the cookies in icing sugar.
