Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast

Method

  1. Activate yeast in water.
  2. Add flour and salt, mix dough using dough hook attachment on stand mixer.
  3. Cover and let rise 2 hours.
  4. Punch down dough.
  5. Divide dough into thirds and ball.
  6. Cover and let dough rest 1 hour.
  7. Roll out 1 ball of dough, add toppings, and bake according to directions for toppings.
