Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
Method
- Activate yeast in water.
- Add flour and salt, mix dough using dough hook attachment on stand mixer.
- Cover and let rise 2 hours.
- Punch down dough.
- Divide dough into thirds and ball.
- Cover and let dough rest 1 hour.
- Roll out 1 ball of dough, add toppings, and bake according to directions for toppings.
