Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Line 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In non-stick dutch oven, combine all of the ingredients except the flour and vanilla.
- Cook while beating until fudge reaches soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat and add flour and vanilla.
- Continue to beat while cooling until the fudge loses its gloss.
- Pour quickly into lined pan.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Unmould and cut into 1 inch squares.
- Store in an airtight container.
