Ingredients
- 8 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 head garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, toasted and sliced
Method
- Combine all ingredients except bread in a bowl. Stir.
- Serve on slices of bread.
