Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Stir together dry ingredients.
- Cut in butter.
- Stir in milk.
- Roll on a lightly floured counter to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into squares.
- Put biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 10-12 minutes).
- Serve warm.
