Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 hard boiled eggs, shelled and sliced
Method
- Cook and slice potatoes.
- Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar.
- Mix in celery, onion, pickle, salt, and celery seed.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Fold in eggs.
- Chill and serve.
