Garlic Herb Bacon Wrapped Roast Turkey Breast
Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast
- 1 head garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound sliced pork belly
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Blend together garlic, rosemary, steak seasoning, vinegar, and oil using a food processor or blender.
- Put turkey on a rack in a small roasting pan.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the turkey.
- Weave the pork belly over the top of the turkey.
- Put in the oven and bake until meat reaches 165°F (about 1 hour).
- Remove from oven and let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing.
