Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- dash salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the vanilla in the top of a double boiler over medium heat.
- Beat ingredients until frosting forms stiff peaks.
- Remove from heat and beat in vanilla.
