Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend together flour, garlic, and water until a thin batter forms.
- Toss cauliflower in batter until well coated.
- Spread cauliflower out on baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in hot sauce.
- Remove cauliflower from oven.
- Spoon hot sauce over cauliflower, tossing gently until evenly coated.
- Return cauliflower to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
